- Sunday rentals are not available before 1:00 p.m.
- Your requested time must include setup, breakdown, and cleanup.
- Contact the museum if you need hours outside the allotted times.
- After date approval, a signed contract and $250 Hold-the-Date Deposit are required to confirm a reservation.

Important rules
Know the venue requirements.
- The museum has 38 standard and 2 accessible parking spaces, with additional parking at Jennings Memorial Park.
- Renters must leave the facility in its pre-event condition unless cleanup service is arranged.
- Decorations must be approved; open flames, confetti, glitter, fog machines, rice, and bubbles are not allowed.
- Alcohol requires Society approval, event insurance, and the appropriate Washington State permit. Hard alcohol is not allowed.
- Written cancellation notice must be received at least 7 calendar days before the event to qualify under the agreement’s cancellation policy.
- A $200 damage fee may apply after the event; MHS may seek actual costs above that amount.

How do I request a date for the Great Hall?
