About this list

What this record includes.

Names follow the treasurer column of the City Clerk’s typed list of elected officials, taken from the Council meeting books. From 1971 to 1973 the column names the city clerk, Shirley Wiester, as deputy treasurer, and from 1978 it names an assistant finance director instead of a treasurer. The 1936 row leaves the column blank.
