Fundraising

In 2006, the Society started our $3 Million “A Dream Come True” Capital Campaign for building the Marysville Historical Society Museum.  There are many ways for citizens and businesses to contribute to our fund:

Commemortative Bricks

Included in the landscape plan of the future museum is the “Historians Walk.”  It will be paved with commemorative bricks purchased by residents.

Building Fund Donations

We accept donations directly for the building of the museum.  Donations of $500.00 or more will be given appropriate recognition on our donor wall.

Other Donation Options

Gifts can be made in cash, by pledges, securities or real estate.  Pledges can be made over three to five years.  Commemorative naming opportunities are available.  A portion of the funds raised will be put into an endowment to insure future operation of the museum.
