RENTAL RATES<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Hours Available: 9:00 am \u2013 11:00 pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If other or later hours are needed, please make arrangements.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

HOURLY RATES <\/strong>– $250.00 damage deposit. If no damage occurs, deposit will go towards any additional charges or will be refunded. Any additional charges (see below) will be collected at end of event. Rental includes use of table and chairs \u2013 4 hours minimum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Monday \u2013 Thursday & Sunday Not available on Sunday until after 1:00 pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n

$100 per hour<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Friday- Saturday & Holidays<\/p>\n\n\n\n

$150 per hour<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ALL DAY RATES <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

$250.00 damage deposit. If no damage occurs, deposit will go towards any additional charges or will be refunded. Any additional charges (see below) will be collected at end of event. Rental includes use of table and chairs Full day is based on 11 hours – anything less will be charged on the hourly rate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hold The Date Deposit – $250.00 deposit <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ADDITIONAL CHARGES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In addition to other charges and cost provided herein, the renter shall pay additional charges at time of request if needing Marysville Historical Society to perform for the following services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Setup\/knockdown of tables and chairs $150.00<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Cleanup charges $250.00<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Audio\/Visual $100.00 *if any damage is done to audio\/visual equipment, deposit will not be refunded and renter agrees to pay full repair costs or replacement, whichever is determined by Marysville Historical Society*<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Black or Beige tablecloths $10.00 each<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The use of coffee & tea materials $25.00<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Stage\/dance floor (size) $250.00<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • An additional 3% will be charged if credit card is used for payment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    OVERTIME FEE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If event begins or extends beyond agreed time, hourly rate will double, and will be charged for full hours only. To avoid additional charges, we recommend that you allow 45 \u2013 60 minutes for set up plus additional 45-60 minutes for breakdown and clean up time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
